As part of its 125th anniversary programme, the landmark Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel has acquired for its private collection a curated set of 16 signed, limited-edition photographic prints by British photographer Andy Soloman.

The exhibition, “Hanoi: Traces of Time” will be exhibited at the hotel from 9 October to 9 December 2026 and forms part of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to the cultural heritage of Hanoi by collecting and sharing significant artistic perspectives on Vietnam.

The Andy Soloman collection offers a distinctive visual record of everyday life in Vietnam, with photographs spanning streets, markets, schools, factories, and everyday life.

Each work is printed on Ilford Galerie Gold Fibre Pearl archival photographic paper, mounted, framed, signed, and individually editioned, underscoring the collection’s importance within the Metropole’s permanent holdings.

Print Sales

All prints below are for sale in various sizes as collector’s editions of just 25 copies.

Each print will be:

– Signed and inscribed by Andy Soloman (where possible);

– Numbered 1/25; 2/25; 3/25 etc depending how many have
been sold before your purchase;

– Come with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity complete with hologram security mark;

– Full caption details.
